Use Of WaffEdit

By using the WaffEdit website or app, you agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects intellectual property, platform rules, privacy laws, and the rights of others.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the videos, images, audio, templates, and project files you create or import. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to process, edit, publish, or distribute that content.

Purchases And Availability

When WaffEdit is distributed through the Mac App Store, purchases, refunds, subscriptions, taxes, and billing are handled by Apple according to Apple's applicable terms. Features, pricing, and availability may change over time.

Analytics And Diagnostics

WaffEdit may use anonymous or pseudonymous analytics and diagnostic data to improve reliability, fix crashes, measure performance, and guide product development. Optional analytics will be handled according to the Privacy Notice and applicable consent requirements, including Thailand's PDPA where it applies.

No Warranty

WaffEdit is provided as available. We work to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect exports, compatibility with every media file, compatibility with every Mac or third-party tool, or that the product will meet every specific production requirement.

Limitation Of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, WaffEdit and Waff are not responsible or liable for user-created work, imported media, exported media, user devices, storage issues, connected tools, third-party services, publishing outcomes, indirect losses, incidental losses, special losses, consequential losses, business losses, lost profits, lost media, failed deadlines, or data loss. Always keep backups of important media and projects and test important workflows before production use.

Governing Law And Disputes

These terms are governed by Thai law. Any dispute related to these terms, the WaffEdit website, or the WaffEdit app will be submitted to the competent courts of Thailand, unless mandatory local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived.

International Use

You are responsible for complying with laws that apply in your country or region, including export, consumer, privacy, copyright, and content regulations. Some rights cannot be limited under local law, and these terms do not remove those rights.
